Rambutan is a tropical fruit with red or yellow skin with hairs and sweet white flesh around white seeds, has a sweet taste, very popular. Once you peel the skin away, you’ll see a beautiful white flesh that has a sweet and sour combination that’s pretty unique. It’s a close cousin of the lychee in flavor profile but the rambutan is sweeter.
